Our fees

Payment

Payments are required on the day of your appointment and can be made via bank transfer or card. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, it will be processed within 24 hours of your payment through our Halaxy management system. If your bank account is registered with Medicare, you can typically expect to receive the rebate within 48 hours.

Invoices for NDIS services can be issued directly to the appropriate plan manager or to the client, depending on your plan arrangement.

If an organisation is funding the service, invoices will include GST, and a copy of our Third-Party Payment Policy will be provided. Quotes for services can be requested by emailing admin@treehousechildandperinatalservices.com.

If you have private health insurance, we recommend checking with your insurer to see if you are covered for psychological services provided by an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or counsellor.

Fees

Counselling fees at Treehouse Child and Perinatal Services are $193.99 for a 50-minute session. Medicare rebates of $87.20 are available for clients with a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan accessing services with Rebecca Croxford or Lian Phillips, both Accredited Mental Health Social Workers.

We are also able to see clients who are plan-managed or self-managed under the NDIS.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely, the full session fee will apply.

A text message reminder is sent three days prior to your appointment, and a copy of our cancellation policy is provided before you begin services with us.
